About Us

Iftikhar Daad al-Azhari is a highly accomplished and experienced individual who has dedicated his life to serving the Muslim community in London. As the founder of London Nikah Service (LNS), he has spent over a decade studying the Islamic disciplines under the guidance of traditional Islamic scholars in the United Kingdom, Egypt, and Pakistan. He has an impressive educational background, having completed the ‘ālamiyyah programme in the UK from Jamia Al-Karam, Islamic jurisprudence from the University of al-Azhar with a BA, and the legal edict (iftā) programme privately. In addition,

he has also completed a Level 5 in the Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice and holds Level 2 and 3 certificates in counselling from CPCAB.

Iftikhar Daad al-Azhari is a National Counselling Society (NCS) member passionate about mental health and community pastoral care. He has served as an Imām in London for over 15 years and has helped countless individuals through his services.

He is also the founder of Darul Ikhlas, a registered charity that offers a wide range of services and projects to the London Muslim community. The organisation focuses on providing sound Islamic education, mental health and well-being services to its students and beneficiaries, nurturing them through pastoral care in a spiritual framework.

Overview

We recommend that bookings are made at least two weeks prior to the planned date although we will do our best to accommodate short notification bookings.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I don't usually do shoutouts- but for this particular occasion I just had to! I saw them in action at a wedding in London. And wow- it was the first time I felt fully engaged in a nikah ceremony (apart from my own =p). The spokesman was able to gain every individual's attention in the venue with their humour and unique style of conversing. During the du'a, every word was heard and understood. I didn't want it to end! This is what every wedding needs- to fulfil the importance and purpose of the nikah ceremony. Truly and honestly amazing!
